We’re glad you asked. At Be 100, we help women who struggle to find balance achieve alignment outside of societal constraints. How we do it? Through empowering apparel & wellness products, one-on-one wellness coaching, and our growing online community. Unlike other wellness companies in the industry, we shift the focus to the core, and allow our clients to define success. So, what does Be 100 mean for you?
TWO DREAMS, ONE VISION.
We're Brandi & Trekessa, sisters and cofounders of Be100 Wellness. In the spring of 2020, we began dreaming about ways to foster real, authentic community in the midst of what was a season of isolation for many.

After months of brainstorming and dreaming together, we decided to combine our love for holistic wellness, yoga, and sisterhood, and create what you now see as Be100 Wellness. Be100 offers inspirational apparel, online community, and 1-1 coaching services tailored to your wellness needs.
